# Analyze a deal

> Use Deal Analyzer to check comps, run the numbers for each investment strategy, save the deal to your pipeline, and export a PDF.

Deal Analyzer turns the numbers you know about a property into a full breakdown for the strategy you are considering, plus a **Deal Score** from 0.0 to 10.0 you can use to compare deals. These pages cover the shared tools (comps and PDF export) and one walkthrough for each of the five strategies.

Start with **Run the numbers** for the flow every strategy shares: open Deal Analyzer, pick a strategy, enter the property, and select **Analyze My Deal**. Then open the page for your strategy to see its sections, required fields, and results.
