# Track progress and health > Set a project's percent complete and health status, then use the Projects list to spot projects that are at risk or delayed. Each renovation project carries two signals you control: how far along it is, and whether it is healthy. You set both yourself, and they show up on the project, on its card in your Projects list, and in the list's summary at the top. This walks through setting them and using the list to find projects that need attention. > **Note:** Both values are manual. Re:InvestorHub does not change them for you, so update them whenever the job changes. ## Set percent complete and health 1. **Open the project** In the sidebar, select **Projects**, then open the project from its card. Select **Edit** from the card's menu if you want to go straight to the editor. 2. **Go to the Overview tab** Along the top you see **Overview**, **Team**, **Timeline**, **Budget**, **Change Orders**, and **Documents**. Select **Overview**, then scroll to the **Progress & Status** card. 3. **Drag the Progress Percentage slider** Move the slider anywhere from 0% to 100%. The current value shows under the slider and a progress bar fills to match. 4. **Choose a Project Status** Open the **Project Status** dropdown and choose **Draft**, **Planning**, **In Progress**, **On Hold**, or **Completed**. See [Project statuses](https://docs.reinvestorhub.ai/reference/field-reference/project-statuses/) for what each one means. 5. **Choose a Health Status** Open the **Health Status** dropdown and choose one of these. | Choice | Meaning | |---|---| | **On Track** | No issues | | **At Risk** | Potential problems identified | | **Delayed** | Behind schedule | | **Blocked** | Cannot proceed | 6. **Save** Select **Save Changes** at the bottom of the page. > **What you should see:** a confirmation that the project was updated. The summary cards at the top of the project show your new **Progress**, and the project's card in the Projects list shows the percentage and a health badge (**ON TRACK**, **AT RISK**, **DELAYED**, or **BLOCKED**). > **Tip:** Leaving the editor with unsaved changes asks you to confirm with **Discard Changes?**. Select **Save Changes** first if you want to keep your edits. ## Read the Projects list The **Projects** page summarizes everything at a glance: - **Total Projects** - **Total Budget** - **Total Spent** - **On Schedule**, shown as a fraction such as 3/4 (how many of your projects are marked **On Track**) - **Approved COs**, the total of approved change orders When any project is **At Risk**, **Delayed** or **Blocked**, a yellow **Project Health Alert** appears under these cards and counts them, for example "1 project at risk, 2 delayed projects, 1 blocked project". ## Find projects with filters Above the project cards you can narrow the list. 1. **Search** Enter text in **Search by project name or address...** to match a project's name or its address. 2. **Filter by Status** Open **Status** and choose a project status. The list shows only projects with that status. 3. **Filter by Health** Open **Health** and choose **On Track**, **At Risk**, **Delayed** or **Blocked**. 4. **Switch the layout** Use the grid and list buttons at the right to change between cards and rows. Filters combine, so you can ask for projects that are **In Progress** and **Delayed** at once. To start over, use the clear option on the filter bar. If nothing matches, the page says **No projects found** and suggests adjusting your filters. > **Tip:** When a project is marked **At Risk** or **Delayed**, the project editor shows a **Need a hand? Ask Sid** prompt. Select it to ask the construction coach what to check to get the schedule back on track. ## Next step - [Export a scope of work](https://docs.reinvestorhub.ai/guides/run-a-renovation-project/export-a-scope-of-work/): Turn the project's plan into a document you can hand to a contractor. - [Budget and change orders](https://docs.reinvestorhub.ai/guides/run-a-renovation-project/budget-and-change-orders/): Track what you have spent against the plan.
