# Frequently asked questions > Quick answers about accounts, deals, projects, plans and billing, and the AI coaches. ## Account ### How do I change my password? Open **Settings** and use the security section. See [Profile and password](https://docs.reinvestorhub.ai/reference/your-account/profile-and-password/). ### Can I change the email address on my account? No. Your email is shown in your profile but can't be edited there. Contact support at **support@reinvestorhub.ai** if you need it changed. ### How do I delete my account? There is no self-serve deletion. Contact support at **support@reinvestorhub.ai** or **1 (877) 542-4585** and we'll help. ### What is the sample data in my new account? New accounts include a sample property, deal, project, tasks and prospects so you can explore. An Admin can use **Clear sample data** to remove only the samples, and it is permanent. Select **Replay Tour** from the menu under your avatar or from **Settings**. Fix & Flip, BRRRR, Buy & Hold, Short Term Rental and Wholesale. It's a 0 to 10 rating shown with a label: 8 and above is Excellent, 6 and above is Good, 4 and above is Fair, and under 4 is Poor. Use it to compare deals quickly, not as a final answer. See [Deal Score](https://docs.reinvestorhub.ai/reference/field-reference/deal-score/). ### Why is my Deal Score blank? The score is withheld until the recommended inputs are filled in. See [Troubleshooting](https://docs.reinvestorhub.ai/help/troubleshooting/). ### How do deals move between stages? Drag a deal between stages on the pipeline board. Only deals in **Closed** can move to the Rehab board, which creates a project. Its documents folder is deleted permanently, and a matching prospect goes back to **New**. It's your base budget plus the change orders that have been approved. See [Budget and change orders](https://docs.reinvestorhub.ai/guides/run-a-renovation-project/budget-and-change-orders/). ### Who can approve a change order? Admins approve change orders. Power Users can create work and submit change orders for approval. A rejection needs a reason. No. Deleting a project is permanent. ## Plans and billing ### What's included in each plan? Silver is for one user with up to 5 projects and 20 GB of storage. Gold supports up to 5 users with unlimited projects and 50 GB. The trial lasts 30 days, and one trial is allowed per organization. A banner counts down the days, and you'll see a reminder when 7 or fewer days remain. See [Trial](https://docs.reinvestorhub.ai/reference/plans-and-billing/trial/). ### What happens when my trial ends? The app locks and asks you to choose a plan. Your data is safe and waiting for you. ### How do I change or cancel my plan? Open **Settings**, then the subscription section. **Change Plan** shows your usage and warns you before a downgrade. You can cancel with a reason, and **Resume plan** reverses a scheduled cancellation. ### When do my AI credits reset? They reset every 30 days, counted from when your trial or subscription started. Silver includes 2,000 credits a month and Gold includes 5,000. ## AI coaches ### Who are the AI coaches? Annie helps with the market, ARV, comps and negotiation. Lenny helps with financing. No. They're AI assistants that help you think through a deal. Check important numbers and decisions with qualified professionals. ### Does using a coach cost AI credits? Yes. Coach conversations and coach feedback in the Deal Analyzer draw from your monthly AI credits. ### Can I turn off the coach prompts? Yes. Turn off **Guided assistance** in **Settings**.
