## October 2026

### SFR + ADU property type
You can now choose **SFR + ADU** (a single-family home with an accessory dwelling unit) as the property type in the Deal Analyzer and in your Portfolio. Property types now show readable labels, and in the Portfolio you can edit the unit count.

### A better AI coach window
Each page now has one coach window with an avatar switcher to move between Annie, Lenny and Sid. Each coach picks up where your conversation left off, even after you move to another page or refresh. ### Help inside the app
A **Help** link now sits directly above **Settings** in the sidebar. It lets you send a support ticket by email and shows our phone number. If your trial has ended and the app is locked, **Contact support** is on the lock screen. [Contact support](https://docs.reinvestorhub.ai/help/)

### Market Watch for on-market listings
Set up a watch with your buy box (price, bedrooms, bathrooms and size) and a property type filter, then review the leads it surfaces. You can filter leads by watch, see scan progress even after you leave the page, and open a lead in the Deal Analyzer. Lead details show photos and listing facts. ### Plan allowances are applied

### Easier on a phone
The Deal Analyzer and the project create and edit forms are easier to read and use on a small screen. Saving a deal with repeated clicks no longer creates duplicates.
