# Roles explained > What each team role, Admin, Power User, and User, can do in a Re:InvestorHub organization. Roles control what a teammate can do inside your organization. They only matter once you have more than one person in your organization, which is a Gold plan capability. On Silver, your organization is a single user, so there is no one to assign a role to and nothing to invite. If you're on Gold, an Admin picks a role for each person they invite. There are three: **Admin**, **Power User**, and **User**. ## What differs between roles | | Admin | Power User | User | |---|---|---|---| | Work with deals, properties, projects and tasks | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Create change orders | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Approve or reject change orders | Yes | No | No | | See the **Team** section in **Settings** | Yes | No | No | | Invite, resend and revoke team invitations | Yes | No | No | In the invitation dialog the roles are labeled **Admin - Full Access**, **Power User - Create & Submit** and **User - Can edit, can't approve**. > **Where roles make a difference:** Approving change orders and managing the team are Admin only. Everywhere else, Power Users and Users see and can do the same things, and **User** is labeled **Can edit, can't approve** when you invite someone. Do not rely on **User** to stop someone from editing your data. ## Admin An Admin has full access to your organization's data. An Admin can: - Approve or reject change orders on a project's **Change Orders** tab. Only Admins see the **Approve** controls. - Open **Settings**, then **Team**, to see seats and members. - Invite teammates, and resend or revoke pending invitations. The person who created the organization is its **Owner** and is an Admin. ## Power User A Power User is meant for teammates who create the work: projects, deals, properties and change orders. They can submit change orders, but an Admin has to approve them. ## User A User is meant for teammates who mainly look at the work: deals, properties, projects, reports and budgets. ## Changing a role You do not change a member's role from **Settings**. To give someone a different role, contact support from the **Help** page. ## If you've been invited If someone added you to their organization, see [Accept a team invitation](https://docs.reinvestorhub.ai/guides/getting-started/accept-a-team-invitation/) for how to open the invitation and create your account. The invitation shows you which of these three roles you've been given before you accept. ## Related - [Invite and manage team members](https://docs.reinvestorhub.ai/reference/team-and-roles/invite-and-manage-team-members/)
