# AI credits and monthly allowances
> How many AI coach credits each plan includes, when they reset, and the other monthly allowances that come with Silver and Gold.
AI credits are what your conversations with the AI coaches use. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, shared by everyone in your organization.
## Credits by plan

## When credits reset
Your credits reset every 30 days, on the same cycle as your organization's other monthly allowances, counted from when your trial or subscription started. They do not follow the calendar month, and unused credits do not carry over to the next cycle.
Upgrading from Silver to Gold raises your monthly allowance to Gold's.
> **Note:** Credits are shared by everyone in your organization. If you run out before your credits reset, the coach tells you and links to your plan. There is no way to buy extra credits, so the option is to move to a plan with a higher allowance. ## Other monthly allowances
Two other limits apply each month.
