Trial

Every new Re:InvestorHub account starts with a 30-day free trial of a paid plan, so you can try the product before you're charged.

How long it lasts

The trial runs for 30 days from the day you sign up.

Choosing a plan

Before your trial starts, you choose which plan to trial: Silver or Gold. Your trial gives you full access to everything included in the plan you picked, not a limited preview. Nothing is watered down because you're on a trial.

Do you need a card

Yes. You add a card as part of signing up, before the trial begins. Your card isn't charged during the trial.

What happens when the trial ends

If you haven't canceled, your card is automatically charged for the plan you chose when the 30 days are up, and your account continues on as a paid subscription. You can see your next billing date under Subscription & Billing in your account settings.

Note

If your card can't be charged when the trial ends, you're asked to choose a plan before you can keep working. Your data isn't lost. It's waiting for you once you've picked a plan.

Canceling during the trial

You can cancel any time before the trial ends from Subscription & Billing in your account settings. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Note

Each organization gets one free trial. If you cancel and subscribe again later, you go straight to a paid subscription rather than a new trial period.
