Plans and what's included
Re:InvestorHub has two plans: Silver and Gold. The core tools, deal tracking, the Deal Analyzer, reporting, and the AI coaches, are the same on both. The difference that matters most is team size: Silver is built for one person, Gold supports a team of up to five.

Which plan is right for you¶
Choose Silver if you're investing on your own and don't need to bring anyone else into your organization.
Choose Gold if you work with a team. Gold accounts can invite up to four more people, for up to five users total. Anyone you invite accepts their invitation the same way described in Accept a team invitation.
What each limit covers¶
Projects. A project is a renovation or construction project you run from Re:InvestorHub, from phases and tasks through budget and change orders. Silver accounts can have up to 5 active at a time; Gold accounts have no limit.
Storage. This is the space available for documents and photos you attach to your deals, properties, and projects. Silver includes 20 GB; Gold includes 50 GB.
PDF exports. Reports and calculator results you export to PDF. Silver includes 25 exports a month; Gold exports are unlimited.
AI Coach credits. Usage for conversations with the AI coaches. Silver includes 2,000 credits a month; Gold includes 5,000.
Deal analyses at once. How many deal analyses you can run at the same time in the Deal Analyzer. Silver allows up to 10 at once; Gold has no limit.

Note
Billing is monthly by default. Choosing annual billing lowers the monthly rate, shown above, but is billed once a year rather than in monthly installments.
