The onboarding tour
# The onboarding tour
> Walk through the welcome wizard and the guided tour of the sidebar, and replay either one later.
The first time you sign in, Re:InvestorHub shows a short welcome wizard, then a guided tour of the main screen. Both are optional and you can replay them whenever you like.
## The welcome wizard
The wizard has five steps, with a progress indicator at the top.
| Step | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **1. Welcome** | A greeting by name. If your workspace has sample data, it says a sample property and deal are set up. Select **Let's get started**. |
| **2. Your Goals** | Your investment strategies and primary goal, taken from your registration. If you did not set any, it says every strategy is available in the app whenever you need it. Select **Continue**. |
| **3. First Action** | **What's Included**: a short list of the Deal Pipeline, AI Coach, Dashboard and Documents. Select **Got it, let's continue**. |
| **4. Quick Win** | "You're all set!" with four places to start: **Explore your sample deal**, **Run AI analysis on a property**, **Track a project timeline**, and **View financial reports**. Select one to go there now, or **Skip for now**. |
| **5. Take a Tour** | Offers the guided tour. Select **Start Tour**, or **Skip — I'll explore on my own**. |
Select **Back** on any step to return to the one before it.
## The guided tour
The tour highlights parts of the Dashboard and sidebar one at a time, with a short description of each. Its stops are:
1. Your stat cards, the key numbers at a glance.
2. Deal Search, for finding properties.
3. Deal Analyzer, for running the numbers.
4. Deal Pipeline, for tracking deals.
5. AI Coach, where Lenny, Sid and Annie are.
6. Portfolio.
7. Projects.
8. Documents.
9. Tasks.
10. The **Getting Started with Re:InvestorHub** card, which you can use to replay the tour.
Close the tour at any point with the close button on the popover.
## Replay the tour
1. **Open your account menu**
At the bottom of the sidebar, select your name to open the **My Account** menu.
2. **Replay**
Select **Replay Tour**. You are taken to the Dashboard and the tour starts.
> **Tip:** You can also select **View Guide** on the **Getting Started with Re:InvestorHub** card on the Dashboard.
## Replay the wizard
1. **Open Settings**
In the sidebar, select **Settings**.
2. **Find the Onboarding card**
Find the **Onboarding** card and select **Replay Wizard**.
> **What you should see:** an "Onboarding wizard reset!" message, and the wizard opens on the Dashboard at step 1.
> **Note:** Replaying the wizard also resets the tour, so the tour is offered again at the end.
