How it works

How plans, trials and limits work

What the trial banners and the lock screen mean, which limits each plan has, what happens when you reach one, and when AI credits reset.

Your plan sets what you can create and how much you can store. Your subscription status decides whether you can create anything at all. This page explains both, and what you see as a trial runs out.

Term What it means
Plan Silver or Gold. It sets your limits.
Trial The first 30 days. You trial the plan you chose, with that plan’s full limits.
Active Your subscription is paid and running.
Ended The trial ran out without a plan, or you cancelled and the period ended. The app locks until you choose a plan.

The trial banner appears at the top of the app and changes with the days left.

Days left What you see
More than 7 A quiet gray banner: you are on a 30-day free trial and can cancel before it ends. You can dismiss it for the session.
3 to 7 A blue banner, “N days left on your free trial”, with See Plans.
1 or 2 An amber banner, “Your trial ends in N days!”, with Upgrade Now.

With 7 days or fewer left, a window also opens with a plan comparison. Select Remind me later and it stays away for 24 hours. Select Upgrade Now to choose a plan.

If you do nothing, the trial converts to a paid subscription on the card you added at signup. See Trial for the details.

When a trial ends without a plan, or a cancelled subscription ends, a full-screen page replaces the app. The heading reads Your free trial has ended or Your subscription has ended. It says, “Choose a plan to continue using Re:InvestorHub. Your data is safe and will be waiting for you.”

From this screen you can pick a plan and a billing cycle, select Contact support, or select Log out. Pick a plan and your work is back as you left it.

While you are locked out, creating is switched off. The Add New Deal and New Project buttons are disabled, with the hint “Upgrade to continue creating”.

  • Projects. Silver allows 5. To add another, upgrade to Gold or remove one.
  • Team seats. On Silver, the Team section tells you invitations need Gold. On Gold, Team Seats shows “N of 5 seats used”. Pending invitations use a seat. When all are used you see “Seat limit reached. Revoke pending invitations or upgrade to add more members.”
  • PDF exports. On Silver you can export 25 PDFs a month. Gold has no cap.
  • Storage. Uploads count against your plan’s storage.
  • Market Watch. Each plan has a number of watches, leads per watch and monthly lead replacements.

Upgrading raises the limits straight away.

Open Settings, then Subscription, to change plan or cancel. When you choose a smaller plan, the window shows Current Usage (projects, properties, deals and storage) and warns you, “Your current usage exceeds Silver limits”, if you are above the new plan. You confirm a second time to proceed. Moving down a plan does not remove anyone from your team.

Your plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits: 2,000 on Silver and 5,000 on Gold. Coach conversations and coach feedback use them. Your allowance resets every 30 days, on the same cycle as your other monthly allowances. Credits you do not use do not carry over.
