Prospect statuses and priorities

What each prospect status and priority means in My Prospects, and where you can set and filter by them.

A prospect is a property you have saved to work later. Each one carries a Status (where you are with it) and a Priority (how soon you want to act). You see both on each prospect in My Prospects, on the Deal Search page.

Status What it means
New You just saved the prospect and have not started on it.
Researching You are looking into the property, the owner or the area.
Contacted You have reached out to the owner or the seller.
Ready to Analyze You have what you need to run the numbers on it.
Passed You decided not to pursue it.

You change a prospect’s status from the Status dropdown on the Edit tab of the prospect’s details. The Status filter above the list offers All Status, New, Researching, Contacted, Ready to Analyze, Passed and Moved to Analysis. All Status hides prospects you have passed on, so choose Passed to see them. A passed prospect’s three-dot menu has Restore, which sets it back to New.

Priority Use it for
Urgent A prospect that cannot wait.
High A prospect to work soon.
Medium A normal prospect.
Low A prospect you will get to when you can.

Set a prospect’s priority from the Priority dropdown on the same Edit tab. Use the Priority filter to show one priority, or All Priorities to clear it. You can also sort the list by Priority, along with Date Added, Value and Address.
